CUPCAKES 4 XMAS
Our Mission

We need bakers with warm hearts to donate cupcakes to for this year's Annual Christmas diner at the Ottawa Mission.
We need to raise 2500 cupcakes for this event.
You do not have to be a professional baker to help out, all you need is an oven and a passion for helping others.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Date: Sunday, December 19th
Time: 9:30am-10:00am
Location: Corner of Besserer and Waller (Please See Picture)
 
Instructions: The loading dock is on Besserer, before/next to a parking lot and there is room for about 3 cars at a time, so you will not need to worry about parking. We will have volunteers at the door (large garage door that will be open) ready to receive your donations. We will be wearing Cupcakes4Xmas T-shirts to stand out.
-Please do not use containers that you are expecting to get back.
-This is the busiest day of the year at The Mission so unfortunately donors  will not be able to come in, please have your cupcakes ready to be handed off at the loading dock.
 
~I have emailed this company http://www.pritchard.com/Retail___Gift_Supplies/cupcake_supplies.html to donate cupcake boxes for this event, but haven't heard back. This might be a good idea for a way to deliver your cupcakes without the worry of personal containers.
 
-To cut down on delivery traffic if you know someone on the donation list, it would be great if you could ride together or bring the cupcakes in for both of you.
 
~We've received a couple emails from people wishing to donate money to The Mission for Christmas. We've decided to add to our cupcake goal a dollar match in hopes to also be able to hand over a check for $2500 to The Mission as a Christmas Gift. If anyone knows anyone who may wish sponsor us or yourself to match the amount cupcakes donated, please send them my way.
